Alix Cethoute joined Bancroft in late 2022 to spearhead the firm’s entrance into the municipal competitive underwriting market. Since joining the firm, Cethoute has been the winning bid for more than 40 transactions from across the country, totaling more than $400 million in par volume, both of which are tops among Veteran-owned municipal bond firms.

Cethoute has more than 35 years of experience in the industry, beginning his career at Morgan Stanley before stops at SAMCO, George K. Baum, and UMB. He holds a BS in Accounting from the University of Texas at Dallas, and currently splits his time between the firm’s Dallas, Texas office and his home in southeast Florida. He holds FINRA Series 7, 50, 53 & 63 licenses.
