Allante McGant

Sergeant Allante McGant is a United States Army Non-Commissioned Officer in the U.S. Army Reserves, and a graduate of Bancroft’s Veteran Training Program. He currently serves as an Operations Associate in the firm’s Fort Washington headquarters while balancing his continued commitment to the Reserves.

Mr. McGant’s military service started early. He joined the Reserves after high school and was deployed in 2018 to Iraq, where he and his squad completed several security and construction missions alongside NATO allies. On that tour, he was promoted from Specialist to Sergeant. Mr. McGant was called to deploy again in 2021 to Kuwait alongside SOCOM. On that tour, he sustained an injury in the line of duty that required evaluation. Upon his journey for evaluation, he befriended a financial advisor who in turn peaked his interest in financial services.

Mr. McGant holds an associate’s degree in electrical technology. He also holds his FINRA SIE and Series 7 and 66 licenses.
