Kathleen Baltra is the Managing Director of Municipals, with more than two decades of industry experience across multiple product lines. One of the founding members of the firm. Ms. Baltra has served as the primary municipal trader since inception, overseeing the municipal sales and trading team since 2021. In 2024, Ms. Baltra was promoted to Managing Director, where she now serves as the department head responsible for the entire municipal team. She has previously worked at CFG Capital Markets and Boenning & Scattergood after starting her professional career at Ferris, Baker, Watts. Ms. Baltra has her Bachelor of Business Administration from Temple University and holds FINRA Series 7, 53, and 66 Licenses.
