FORT WASHINGTON, Pa. – Bancroft Capital announced today the graduation of three members of the firm’s Veteran Training Program.
Alex Brown (USA), Tian England (USMC), and Killian Mountford (USN) have each completed the requirements of the program and have all received a formal employment offer from Wells Fargo through the company’s CIB Alliance Program.
“Alex, Tian, and Killian have demonstrated tremendous aptitude and ability during their time in our Veteran Training Program,” said Bancroft CEO Cal Quinn. “We are thrilled that each of them has received the opportunity to further their growth at Wells and are excited for their continued career success.”
Brown, who joined Bancroft in the summer of 2025, completed a full rotation on the Equity trading desk next to Ray Hally, the firm’s head Equity trader. A First Lieutenant in the U.S. Army and graduate of Boston College’s MBA program, Brown has passed the SIE, Series 7, Series 66, and Series 79 exams.
England and Mountford both began their participation in the VTP at the start of 2026. England spent nine years active duty in the U.S. Marine Corps and completed her MBA at American Military Academy. Mountford was primarily a Surface Warfare officer in the U.S. Navy and spent February working for NBC Sports on the information technology team at the 2026 Winter Olympics.
All three will complete the CIB Alliance Program at Wells Fargo before being assigned to their respective divisions and roles.
Bancroft has now enrolled 31 veterans into the Veteran Training Program since inception in 2019. The 6-18 month program, funded solely through the proceeds of the firm’s business operations, provides veterans with the opportunity for licensing, networking, and on-job training. Candidates who complete the program are then free to pursue their own career path in financial services. In addition to Bancroft, graduates of the VTP have landed roles with Wells Fargo, T.Rowe Price, Bank of America, Fidelity, and Goldman Sachs, among others.
